Your job is going to be replaced by someone who understands how to connect with other people.

People say all the time, “Your job is not going to be replaced by AI. Your job is going to be replaced by someone who understands how to use AI.”

I disagree. Your job is not going to be replaced by AI. It’s going to be replaced by someone who understands *how to connect with other people* in a world where AI is dominant. Your job is going to be replaced by someone who understands how to connect with other human beings in a world where AI dictates how we work and how we live.

With everything going on in the world; from AI and market volatility, uncertainty and overwhelm, polarization and loneliness and disconnection; I believe that now is the moment for people-first leaders like you and me to shine. For us to lead with human connection skills (which are not soft skills, but actually high-performing leadership skills!); culture transformation, personal growth, relationship-building, team engagement and collaboration, empathy, social health, and emotional well-being. Now is our moment.
