From Hustle to Human Connection...

I think we've seen where hustle culture has gotten us. We've moved fast. We've broken lots of things. We've broken lots of people.

The average employee now switches between applications 1100 times a day, sends and receives over 125 business emails per day, checks their Inbox hundreds of times per day, checking email or Teams every 6 minutes.

How is it possible to get any actual real work done when this is the case?! More importantly, how it possible to have *time for human connection* when this is the case?!

This is what we're up against, this is what I'm working on; designing for human connection in an always-on, ever-distracted, overwhelmed world of work.
